Great product. It’s slender enough to pack in a suitcase, yet powerful and quiet to be of great use.

We wanted a little fan to help fight the mid-day heat at Burning man. We bought this fan along with 8 of the D batteries it requires (yay rechargeables!), and took it with us into the Nevada desert.

It’s not incredibly powerful, but we knew that when we bought it. We wanted something that we wouldn’t be scared of if it fell over in the tent. It ran quietly as we tried to sleep through the mid-day heat, and we enjoyed the pleasant breeze it provided inside our tent.

If you need something powerful, this is not the fan for you. But if you want a portable fan that will let you sleep while keeping you cool, this is the fan for you.

Fast service and great price. Fans are great have had camping fans in the passed but they are much smaller and they are hinged and the hinge breaks very quickly. I live in the Caribbean and the power goes out without warning so it is great to have a battery-powered fan that works.

The fan works much better than any battery-operated fan I have had before, and is nice and large. It is not loud as some people here have said. When the batteries are in, there is significant heft to the bottom, which I think is a good thing as it keeps it very stable.

This little fan is suprisingly powerful and fits in nicely with my stash of emergency items. It can get very hot where I live(Texas)and power outages seem to be more common then they used to be. This fan can be the difference between being merely uncomfortable and being truely miserable in the heat when the power goes out and the A/C goes with it.

I bought this mainly to ventilate my bathroom – lightweight, small, slim, with good air movement. Very quiet too. Love the battery option – great for power outages and hurricane prep. Found at walmart for 13.88.

This fan is WONDERFUL. I bought it because I’m 8 months pregnant and was going to be helping with a 4th of July parade and needed a fan that would work with batteries. It didn’t let me down. And, I have the fan plugged in every night to keep me cool through the hot flashes. It’s been great.

A co-worker and I purchased this fan from a major retailer for our desks…I broke mine and it was no longer available from the retailer…was very excited to get one here! The thin profile makes this a great desk fan!

I have the older model 1071, same motor & blades. I’ve used mine for well over a year now in the stateroom of my ship. It has been run constantly on high for month (well over 700 hours straight), and never a problem. I take it with me wherever I need to work, it has been exposed to the salty air of the seas and is still chuggin’. I do wish it was easier to take apart and clean, as dust has now accumulated on the blades and screens.

My parents live in Florida, so we got two of these and rechargable batteries for use in case of storms and power outages. The fan is very quiet when operating. I like the fact that it runs on batteries – great addition to the “Hurricane Survival Kit”!
